A punderful bookmark

There seems to be very little middle ground as to whether people find puns a type of humour worth celebrating, or such a caustic form of wordplay they are to be avoided at all costs. The customer for this fiery bookmark was certainly in the latter, but loves their partner who loves books, camping and has never met a pun they wouldn’t giggle at.

I was still in my early days of calibrating settings for the different materials on the laser, and figured this crispy iteration to only answer whether they were “happy with the layout?” of the artwork they had sourced on Etsy. But, when they saw it, they were beyond excited about the too hot text roasting the setup of the pun. So no s’more iterations were required.

It was the best of puns,
it was the worst of puns.

Someone, somewhere, probably.
