Hey! Building a hay wagon

I had gotten quite good at backing up a 5×8 single axle trailer over the decades that I owned one and had replaced the floorboards in it a couple of times. When a rusty-but-still-good double axle hay wagon frame was found on the property, I figured there must be some transferable skills involved. It was like Texas, everything was bigger. The length of the bolts, the thickness of the floorboards, the gargantuan joists? stringers?

It was a great project to work with 3 generations of family regardless of the weather.
